Meeker FroZin with Chocolate

In honor of Charlie and Molly Meeker's recent visit back to the Kansas City area, we would like to share one of Molly's delicious concoctions with you: the FroZin-tini.

FroZin, unique to Meeker, is a delightful dessert wine which is cryogenically made from 100% Zinfandel Grapes and tastes like fresh raspberries and cherries. According to the Meekers, "Completely awesome with anything chocolate for dessert."

2 oz FroZin wine

2 oz vodka

shaved dark chocolate

Rim martini glass with dark chocolate.  Shake FroZin wine with vodka over ice.  Strain into prepared martini glass.  Garnish with additional dark chocolate shavings.
