THE BBQ COOKIES WITH WATERMELON GLAZE
Glaze:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in vanilla; add flour and mix well. Put through a cookie press and form cookie onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes Glaze: Whisk together the confectioners’ sugar and the Monin syrup. If you want it thicker add more confectioners’ sugar and if you want it runnier add more Monin syrup. Place the glaze into a Ziploc bag and cut the tip and squeeze onto the cooled cookies.
