Pedroncelli Mother Clone Zinfandel
This wine starts a beautiful translucent red ruby color and after blending in12% Petite Sirah becomes a more robust color with some backbone to the briary red raspberry and cherry charmer. A year of American oak aging adds some woodspice high notes and vanilla roundness. Once in the mouth, clove and cinnamon become more pronounced, and the wine picks up a thicker flavor and textural note of black licorice. This red is well suited to pair with rustic charred meats, spicy barbecue, or aged cheeses.

As the family’s favorite wine, Petite Sirah has also become Foppiano’s flagship offering, known nationwide as one of the country’s top producer of that varietal with each vintage. This 2011 vintage is part of that great heritage and presents a wine that is full-bodied, yet smooth, fruity and very approachable with ripe blackberry, blueberry and red cherry flavors. This wine delivers supple tannins and lively acidity. Enjoy with pizza, pasta and burgers.
Alexander Valley Vineyards Merlot
Since they starting producing Merlot in 1984, Alexander Valley Vineyard’s Merlot has a reputation for being a big, well-structured wine. Their Merlot has never been one of those fruit bombs or thin and wimpy wines. Aged 18 months in French and American oak, there are spicy, earthy aromas of red cherry, vanilla, oak, cedar, plum and cassis lead to a broad mouthfeel with dark fruits and chocolate. This is a big, nicely balanced wine with chewy tannins on the long finish.

Sebastiani Sonoma Pinot Noir
The 2013 Sonoma Pinot Noir is medium to light garnet in color and teeming with aromas of oriental spice, maraschino cherry and toasty oak. The palate is light to medium-bodied with juicy, forward cherry fruit. It finishes with very smooth, soft tannins and lingering flavors of oriental spice and dark chocolate mocha.
